PP hollow sheet is a new environmental packing material, widely applied to electronics, packaging, machinery, light industry, postal, food, medicine, pesticide, household appliances, advertising, decoration, cultural products, optical magnetic technology, bioengineering, medicine and health and other fields.

The main uses of PP hollow sheet
1. Replace corrugated cardboard, board, metal sheet, etc.
2. Turnover box, spare parts turnover box, food container, beverage container, pesticide packing box, inner packaging of precision instruments, packaging gasket and partitions for electronic components , and transport storage turnover box, etc.
3. Industrial panels, protective packaging of various articles, cushions, shelves, partitions, floor sheet, cross sheet, etc.
Polypropylene has excellent mechanical property because of its high crystallinity and regular structure. The mechanical property of polypropylene are higher than polyethylene. At the same time, the most outstanding property of polypropylene is bending fatigue resistance, commonly known as 100 fold rubber.
Polypropylene has good heat resistance, which products can tolerate 100℃ for sterilization. Without external conditions, it is not deformed at 150℃. The melting temperature of PP increased 40% to 50% rather than polyethylene’s, around 160℃-170℃. 100% isotactic polypropylene’s melting point is 176℃.
The relative density is small, which is one of the lightest varieties of plastics.
Good mechanical properties. Besides impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, molding processing performance is also better than polyethylene.
It has high heat resistance which can be used continuously at 110-120 ℃.
Good chemical properties. don’t absorb water and don’t react with most chemicals.
