PP hollow sheet is a kind new material of Light weight (hollow structure), non-toxic, pollution-free, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion resistant and colorful. Compared with the traditional paperboard products, PP hollow sheet has the advantages of moisture-proof, corrosion resistance and so on; and compared with injection-molding products, environmental PP hollow sheet has the advantages of earthquake resistance, flexible structure design and it is also unnecessary to open injection mould. What’s more, in the way of controlling the raw material, those materials of static-free, electric and other materials can be added in it so that it can have electric, static-free and other characters. For static-free sheet, the surface resistivity can be controlled between 106Ω·m and 1011Ω·m; for electric sheet, the surface resistivity can be controlled between 103 Ω·m and 105Ω·m.
PP hollow sheet is a new environmental packing material, widely applied to electronics, packaging, machinery, light industry, postal, food, medicine, pesticide, household appliances, advertising, decoration, cultural products, optical magnetic technology, bioengineering, medicine and health and other fields.

The surface can be printed or pasted; different colors can be produced according to the demand; by adding flame retardant, the produced hollow sheet of the flame-retardant effect can be extinguished.
Polypropylene has good heat resistance, which products can tolerate 100℃ for sterilization. Without external conditions, it is not deformed at 150℃. The melting temperature of PP increased 40% to 50% rather than polyethylene’s, around 160℃-170℃. 100% isotactic polypropylene’s melting point is 176℃.
Polypropylene is very sensitive to ultraviolet radiation. The addition of zinc oxide, dimethyl thiopropionate, carbon black or similar white filler can improve the aging resistance of polypropylene.
Non-toxic; tasteless; low density; can be used at about 100℃. It’s suitable for making general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts and insulating parts because of good dielectric property, moisture proof and high frequency insulation. Common acid and organic solvents have little effect on it so that it can be used in food utensils.
Good mechanical properties. Besides impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, molding processing performance is also better than polyethylene.
